Alternatively you can email [email protected] if you have issues logging in to our ticket dashboard. If you are an employee or student, we prefer you to use the IncidentIQ website linked above.
Students, please follow the steps below to request an unblock of a website or youtube video.
- Log into IncidentIQ with your district google account (linked above).
- Create 'New Ticket'
- Software / Online Systems
- Select 'GoGuardian' for websites and 'YouTube' for video requests. Follow the instructions provided on those pages when submitting a ticket.
